Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is only open to respondents completing the questionnaire in full and providing their full name, street address and email address. (“Eligible Respondents”).
Employees and volunteers of the NSW Government (state and local governments) and the Australian Government can participate in the survey but cannot participate in “The Prize Draw” and are therefore ineligible for the prize.
If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize must be accepted by their parent or guardian as named in the survey.
Entries to the prize draw open on Friday 10th June.
An Eligible Respondent will receive confirmation upon their entry.
An Eligible Respondent who completes the online registration for SEC Newgate Research within the promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into The Prize Draw.
SEC Newgate Research reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
All completed questionnaires must be received by the closing date of Friday 8th July. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
At the end of the period there will be a prize draw conducted at the premises of SEC Newgate Research, Level 15, 167 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
The prize draw will be conducted at the above premises at 12.00PM, Friday 15th July, and the winner will be notified by telephone and/or email by 5.00PM, Friday 15th July.
Respondent names will be randomised with the first four (4) valid entry drawn winning the prize.
The prize is one of 4 Woolworths Essential Gift Cards, redeemable in-store and online at Woolworths Supermarkets, Woolworths Metro, BIG W, and EG Caltex Woolworths, to the value of $250.00. Total value of all prizes is $1,000.00
Winners will have one (1) week to validate their details to receive the prize.
In the event of the prize being unclaimed a second Prize Draw will be conducted on Monday 18th July at Level 15, 167 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct “Project 2205011 McGraths Hill Flood Research SNA Prize Draw”. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in “Project 2205011 McGraths Hill Flood Research Prize Draw”. However, entrants’ personal information will NOT be disclosed to any party other than the Promoter for any future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
