Olivia is an Associate Director who works closely with government, private sector and not for profit organisations to deliver clear, outcome driven insights that inform strategy, policy and decision making. With more than seven years’ experience, she brings a multi-disciplinary approach to understanding complex stakeholder and community perspectives.
At SEC Newgate, Olivia has played a key role in stakeholder and community engagement projects, including reputation and issues research, behaviour change initiatives and youth consultation. Her work has supported clients operating in complex policy and regulatory environments, providing insight to guide engagement approaches, anticipate risks and strengthen outcomes. She brings sector expertise across finance, energy, transport, and human and animal health.
Olivia has also worked across a number of projects aimed at understanding and encouraging different behaviours, supporting clients to understand not only what people think, but how to effectively influence behaviour and drive change.
Prior to SEC Newgate, Olivia worked at Ipsos delivering research for government and not for profit clients, including program and campaign evaluations, concept testing and tracking, and sensitive research with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse and First Nations audiences.
Olivia holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Science (Psychology) from the University of Sydney and is a full member of The Research Society.
